Orders & shipping

  • Merch ships anywhere in the U.S. for a flat $6.

    Pottery ships safely from our Green Bay studio for a flat $15. Local pottery pickup in Green Bay is always free (by appointment).

  • Nope! Merch is made-to-order and ships from our production partners, while ceramics ship directly from Camp North HQ. If you order both, you’ll get two packages.

  • Ceramics orders can be picked up in Green Bay by appointment. Think of it as a quick swing by Camp North HQ. We’ll email you to set up a time.

  • Our merch is made just for you. Most orders are fulfilled within 2 to 5 business days, and then shipped to your doorstep. Delivery time varies based on location and shipping method.

    Ceramics are handmade in Green Bay and typically ships within 2 to 3 business days, packed with care.

  • Each piece is wrapped in honeycomb paper cushioning. Ceramics should arrive as cozy as it left our studio.

  • You can order merch worldwide, but we’re keeping our ceramics local for now.

CERAMICS

  • All mugs, bowls, and cups are made with food-safe clay and glazes unless otherwise noted.

  • Most pieces are dishwasher- and microwave-safe, but handwashing is always recommended to keep them around for many campfires to come.

  • We’ll make it right. Just email us with photos, and we’ll take care of it.

  • All sales are final unless we determine the item was damaged during shipping.

  • Yes! If you’re dreaming of something special like a custom mug set, a piece in your favorite glaze, or a gift, contact us. Custom is considered case by case, and timelines depend on the season.

CAMP APPAREL & GOODS

  • We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, please contact us.

  • Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items.

  • At this time, we don't offer exchanges.

  • We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
