HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

Merch ships anywhere in the U.S. for a flat $5.

Pottery ships safely from our Green Bay studio for a flat $15. Local pottery pickup in Green Bay is always free (by appointment).

do merch and pottery ship together?

Nope! Merch is made-to-order and ships from our production partners, while pottery ships directly from Camp North HQ. If you order both, you’ll get two packages.

do you offer local pickup?

Pottery orders can be picked up in Green Bay by appointment. Think of it as a quick swing by Camp North HQ. We’ll email you to set up a time.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS AN ORDER?

Merch usually ships within 3 to 4 business days since it’s made to order. Pottery ships out within 2 to 3 business days, carefully packed for the journey.

HOW DO YOU PACKAGE POTTERY FOR SHIPPING?

Each piece is wrapped in honeycomb paper cushioning. Pottery should arrive as cozy as it left our studio.

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE OF THE UNITED STATES?

You can order merch worldwide, but we’re keeping our pottery local for now.

are pottery pieces food safe?

Yep! All mugs, bowls, and cups are made with food-safe clay and glazes.

CAN I PUT POTTERY IN THE DISHWASHER OR MICROWAVE?

Most pieces are dishwasher- and microwave-safe, but handwashing is always recommended to keep them around for many campfires to come.

what if my pottery arrives damaged?

We’ll make it right. Just email us with photos, and we’ll take care of it.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS?

All sales are final unless we determine the item was damaged during shipping.

do you accept custom orders?

Yes! If you’re dreaming of something special like a custom mug set, a piece in your favorite glaze, or a gift, contact us. Custom work is considered case by case, and timelines depend on the season.

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items.

can i exchange an item for a different color or size?

At this time, we don't offer exchanges.

what should i do if my merch is damaged?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Do you offer wholesale or bulk orders?
